Why choose me as a trainer?

SO, WHY CHOOSE ME AS A TRAINER?

My goal as a trainer is to empower you to take charge of your own health and fitness.

Rather than give you a list of qualifications or credentials here which probably won't mean much to you - let me give you a few reasons why you should consider hiring me as a trainer....

1. You’re Not Seeing Results - If you've been training consistently for several weeks or months and aren't reaching your goals, hiring me as a trainer is a good choice.
I can look at your current program and eating habits and help you see where you could make changes to create more effective workouts and progress.
I will also help you determine if the goals you've set are realistic for you, hold you accountable for your workouts and help you stay motivated to continue working towards your goals.
2. You Don't Know Where to Start - Knowing how to set up a complete training program/schedule that includes all the activities specific to your needs can be overwhelming.  Add the time and knowledge it takes to choose exercises and a progression model, you may quit before you even start.
I can help you maximize your time in the gym, giving you the most bang for your buck, while keeping you within your own limits.
3. You're Bored with the Same Old Workouts - If you're an experienced gym goer, I can bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to challenge you.
Even if you just do a few sessions or we meet every few weeks, you'll find it refreshing to have new workouts and new exercise techniques to play with.
I can also introduce new ways to exercise -  different methods of strength training and different variations of exercises which you may have not tried before.
4. You Need to Be Challenged - I can motivate you to push past those self-imposed limits, encouraging you to lift heavier, go longer or challenge yourself more than you would on your own. You may even find hidden strengths you never knew you had.

5. You Want to Learn How to Exercise on your Own - My goal is very much about empowering people to take control of their own fitness, so even if your goal is to create your own workouts and exercise by yourself, hiring me for a few sessions can be a great benefit to get a fresh perspective on exercise or learn new ways in which to target certain muscle groups or program design.
6. You Need Accountability and Motivation - Not only are you investing money into your exercise program...you're investing time as well.  Having me as your trainer will provide some accountability.
7. Support and Supervision - Some people know how to train and they even know how to do the exercises correctly, but they like having a trainer around for support and supervision. If you're lifting very heavy weights or need someone to help with partner-type exercises, working with a me might be a good choice for you. I can spot you during workouts and give you feedback on strategies or techniques which may help you push further.  A good training partner is an invaluable tool.
8. Nutritional Advice - It's no secret that without proper nutrition, your efforts in the gym can be severely compromised. As a trainer, I am able to provide you with nutritional guidance that is realistic and sustainable for you as an individual.  Each client will receive nutritional guidance as well as tips to help you improve your current eating habits.
An Finally.....
I will be honest with you.
As a trainer this is my livelihood....however my motivation and interest in physical culture has never been based on making profits or to sell you some fad or gimmick - but because I am genuinely passionate about what I do and want to help others develop a similar passion.
